This chapter speaks of the consistency that comes from the Rechabites.
The inconsistency of this blog postings also reflects the inconsistency of my bible reading, which is also one of the biggest struggles of my life. Consistency (btw, for the few fellas reading this, it helps if you keep me accountable by calling me out when I miss a week or 2. haha)
The end goal is to consistently post once a day, reflecting my consistency of a promise I made to myself: read at least 1 chapter a day. Initially, the goal was to finish the bible, cover to cover every year. Now.... this project started September, and I wasn't hoping to complete it cover to cover. but what I do realize? Is if I kept pace intially, we probably be in new testament by now. but..... I miss around 2 months worth of reading time. so here we are stuck in Jeremiah. 30 more days.... time to push to make sure not 1 day is missed.
